Sandblasted signs are a sophisticated, artisanal, permanent sign option where the image or type is cut out of the sign material. The material is usually laminated wood (often redwood or cedar), or an engineered material like HDU (high density urethane).
After the sign has been blasted, the positive sign image is painted in one color and the negative space that was blasted away is painted in a contrasting color, creating a high-impact, high-end sign. These can be applied to a post and panel or monument-style sign base.
Sandblasted signs are a great solution for custom signs for a business or residential entrance sign, directional signage in a business park, or rich-looking lobby and reception signs, as well as church reader boards or golf course signage.
