The Sign Painter position is 40 hours/week with a complete benefits package, including: Health insurance with a health savings account, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, matching 401K, as well as other benefits. Job Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret work orders/rendering with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to work with other employees to coordinate jobs.
• Prepares paint to desired color and mixing specifications.
• Prepares spraying equipment (cleaning and adjusting gun).
• Spray application of commercial paint on multiple types of surfaces (aluminum,
steel, wood, pvc and acrylic).
• Track inventory levels required to complete duties.
• Keeping booth and mixing station clean and in working order on a daily basis.
• Willingness to cross-train on other job functions for production as needed.

Qualifications:
• Must have 2 years prior spray application painting experience.
• Uses tools proficiently, to include (but not limited to): spray gun, saws, drill press, belt
sander, etc…
• Basic computer functions.
• A good work record and positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to wear respirator and safety glasses.
• Must be able to read a scale (ruler) and perform basic math calculations.
